§ 32-21-5-8 — Owner prepared disclosure form
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 21 CONVEYANCE PROCEDURES FOR REAL·Ch. 5 Residential Real Estate Sales Disclosure
An owner may prepare or use a disclosure form
that contains the information required in the disclosure form under
section 7 of this chapter and any other information the owner
determines is appropriate, including whether the subject property is
located in a regional sewage district.
