§ 32-21-5-5 — "Disclosure form" defined
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 21 CONVEYANCE PROCEDURES FOR REAL·Ch. 5 Residential Real Estate Sales Disclosure
As used in this chapter, "disclosure form"
refers to a disclosure form prepared under section 8 of this chapter or
a disclosure form that meets the requirements of section 8 of this
chapter.
