Text
As used in this chapter, "document" or "documents" means an electronic record (as defined in IC 26-2-8-102) or information that is:
(1)inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an
electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form;
and
(2)eligible to be recorded in the land records maintained by a
county recorder.
