Text

The:

(1)acknowledgment's or proof's certificate of an instrument as required under this article and IC 33-42-9-12;
(2)instrument; or
(3)transcript of the instrument; is not conclusive and may be rebutted and the force and effect of it contested by a party affected by the instrument. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-1-2-29.]
