Text

"Marketable record title" means a title of record, as described in IC 32-20-3-1, that operates to extinguish interests and claims existing before the effective date of the root of title, as provided in IC 32-20-3-3. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-1-5-8(a).]
