Text

(a)The trustee shall, at the expiration of one
(1)year after entering upon the duties of the trust or at the next term of the court after the expiration of one (1) year after entering upon the duties of the trust, make a final report to the court.
(b)After a hearing and determination, if the judge is satisfied with and approves the report, the judge shall order the trustee to be discharged from the trust. However, the judge may, for good cause shown, grant further time to the trustee to file a final account. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-12-1-18.]
