Text
(a)The probate court shall hear and
determine questions and issue appropriate orders concerning the
determination of the beneficiary who is entitled to receive a transfer on
death transfer and the proper share of each beneficiary.
(b)The probate court shall hear and determine questions and issue
appropriate orders concerning any action to:
(1)obtain the distribution of any money or property from a
transferring entity; or
(2)with respect to money or property that was improperly
distributed to any person, obtain the return of:
(A)any money or property and income earned on the money or
property; or
(B)an amount equal to the sum of the value of the money or
property plus income and gain realized from the money or
property.
