§ 32-17-14-29 — Creditors of an owner
(a)This chapter does not limit the rights of
an owner's creditors against beneficiaries and other transferees that
may be available under any other applicable Indiana law.
(b)The liability of a beneficiary for creditor claims and statutory
allowances is determined under IC 32-17-13.
