§ 32-17-11-20 — Certain transfers not testamentary
Any transfers resulting from the application of section 18 of this chapter are:
(1)effective by reason of:
(A)the account contracts involved; and
(B)this chapter; and
(2)not to be considered as:
(A)testamentary; or
(B)subject to IC 29.
