§ 31-19-5-2 — Establishment of registry; rules

Indiana·Art. 19 FAMILY LAW: ADOPTION·Ch. 5 Putative Father Registry
The putative father registry is established within the Indiana department of health. The state department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to administer the registry. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-1.5-6.]
