§ 31-17-5-6 — Decree

Indiana·Art. 17 FAMILY LAW: CUSTODY AND VISITATION·Ch. 5 Grandparent's Visitation
Upon hearing evidence in support of and opposition to a petition filed under this chapter, the court shall enter a decree setting forth the court's findings and conclusions. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.7-7.]
