§ 31-16-8-2 — Medical support

Indiana·Art. 16 FAMILY LAW: SUPPORT OF CHILDREN AND·Ch. 8 Modification of Child Support or Maintenance Orders
The court shall modify a support order to require either parent or both parents to provide medical support for the child through the health insurance coverage if a Title IV-D agency, authorized under the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 651 through 669) and IC 31-25-4-17, petitions for the modification and the coverage is available to the parent at a reasonable cost.
