§ 31-14-14-2 — Modification or denial of parenting time

Indiana·Art. 14 FAMILY LAW: ESTABLISHMENT OF·Ch. 14 Parenting Time Following Determination of Paternity
The court may modify an order granting or denying parenting time rights whenever modification would serve the best interests of the child. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-6.1-12(b).]
