§ 26-4-8-3 — Interference with board's or corporation's performance of duties
Except as permitted by law, a person who
willfully or knowingly resists, prevents, impedes, or interferes with the
board or other agents or employees of the corporation or the board in
the performance of the duties assigned under this article commits a
Class A misdemeanor.
