Text
A person who knowingly or intentionally refuses or fails to:
(1)collect from producers under the program; or
(2)pay producer premiums collected from producers under the
program;
commits a Class A misdemeanor. In addition to the criminal penalty
under this section, the grain buyer must also pay to the fund money
collected from producers and owed to the fund.
