§ 26-4-7-2 — Disciplinary action
This article does not limit the authority of the
director of the agency to take disciplinary action against a grain buyer
or warehouse operator licensed under IC 26-3-7 for a violation of IC 26-3-7, this article, or the rules of the agency.
