§ 26-4-1-20 — "Storage loss"
"Storage loss" means a loss to a storage depositor resulting from a warehouse operator:
(1)whose license has been revoked; and
(2)who has not fully satisfied the warehouse operator's storage
obligation to the depositor, net of any outstanding charges against
the grain.
