§ 26-4-1-16 — "Participant in the grain indemnity program"
"Participant in the grain indemnity program" means a producer who has:
(1)not requested and received a refund under IC 26-4-5-1 after
June 30, 2015; or
(2)reentered the program under IC 26-4-5-2.
