Text
(a)The director or the director's designated
representative shall charge each inspection site a two hundred dollar
($200) fee for each moisture testing device inspected at the inspection
site under this chapter.
(b)All fees collected under this section must be deposited in the
grain buyers and warehouse licensing agency license fee fund
established by IC 26-3-7-6.3.
