8.
(a)A person that desires to conduct business
as a grain buyer, warehouse operator, or buyer-warehouse in Indiana
shall submit to the director the following:
(1)A completed license application in the form required by the
agency.
(2)A financial statement that complies with the requirements of
this chapter and that reflects the applicant's financial situation on
a date not more than fifteen (15) months before the date the
applicant first submits any of the license application materials
required under this subsection.
(3)A completed certificate of deposit, a bond, or other security,
in the form required by the agency, and proof of the deposit, bond,
or other security sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the
requirements of this section, including, as applicable, complete
