2.
(a)If an applicant for a license or a renewal
of a license issued under this chapter does not regularly conduct
business at a street address at which the applicant usually can be
contacted in Indiana, the applicant shall include with the applicant's
application a written appointment of a registered agent for service of
process, notice, or demand.
(b)The designation of a registered agent and requirements for a
registered agent must comply with the requirements under IC 23-0.5-4.
