Text
A licensee shall:
(1)conspicuously display the licensee's license in the licensee's
main office and at each facility included under the license;
(2)conspicuously display in each operational office the approved
schedule of charges for services; and
(3)conspicuously display at each facility all charts and diagrams
provided to the facility by the agency.
