§ 26-3-7-20 — Grain owned by licensee; receipts; transfer

A licensee may issue a receipt for grain
owned by the licensee in whole or in part, located in the licensee's
facility. The negotiation, transfer, sale, or pledge of the receipt shall not
be defeated by reason of the licensee's ownership.
