§ 26-3-2-2 — Issuance of false or fraudulent receipt

A warehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, who fraudulently issues a receipt for goods, knowing that it contains any false statement, commits a Class A misdemeanor. Formerly: Acts 1921, c.100, s.51. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2602.
