Text

Subject to the provisions of IC 26-1-2-612 on breach in installment contracts and unless otherwise agreed under the sections on contractual limitation of remedy (IC 26-1-2-718 and IC 26-1-2-719), if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may:

(a)reject the whole; or
(b)accept the whole; or
(c)accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest. Formerly: Acts 1963, c.317, s.2-601. As amended by P.L.152-1986, SEC.151.
