§ 24-8-6-2 — Civil liability

Indiana·Art. 8 PROMOTIONAL GIFTS AND CONTESTS·Ch. 6 Penalty; Civil Action

A sponsor or promoter who violates this article is liable to an aggrieved person for the greater of:

(1)two (2) times the actual damages sustained by the person; or
(2)five hundred dollars ($500) plus attorney's fees.
