Text
The provisions of this chapter shall be held
cumulative of or supplemental to each other and of all other laws in any
way affecting them, or any matter which in any manner is the subject
of this chapter in this state, and cumulative of and supplemental to the
common law of this state relative thereto or to any thereof.
