Text
(a)IC 24-4.5-5-105 and IC 24-4.5-5-106 apply
to garnishments related to a rental purchase agreement.
(b)With respect to a debt arising from a rental purchase agreement,
regardless of where made, the lessor may not attach unpaid earnings of
the debtor by garnishment proceedings or other similar proceedings
before the entry of a judgment in an action against the lessee arising
from a rental purchase agreement.
