Text
A lessor shall disclose to a lessee the
information required under section 3 of this chapter. However, if the
Consumer Credit Protection Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) is amended
to govern lease-purchase disclosures, the lessor may disclose the
information required under the Consumer Credit Protection Act (15
U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) instead of the disclosures required under this
chapter.
