Text
No person shall sell, offer or have in his
possession for sale, either privately or on the open market, packed in
any package in which the face or shown surface gives a false
representation of the contents of such package, and it shall be
considered a false representation if such face shows more than ten per
cent (10%), by count, or weight, larger in size or superior in grade to
or different in variety than the remaining portion of the package,
natural deterioration and decay in transit or storage excepted.
