§ 24-6-3-14 — Definitions

The word "person" as used in this chapter
shall be considered to include also firms, copartnerships, limited
liability companies, or corporations. The term "device" or "devices" as
used in this chapter shall be construed to include all weights, scales,
beams, mechanical devices, or other instruments. The word "sell",
"sale", or "buy" as used in this chapter shall be construed to include
barter and exchange.
