§ 24-6-3-1 — Weights and measures furnished by United States government

Indiana·Art. 6 WEIGHTS, MEASURES, AND LABELING·Ch. 3 State and Local Weights and Measures Program

The:

(1)standard weights and measures furnished by the government of the United States and certified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology; and
(2)weights, measures, balances, and apparatus as may be added by the division of weights and measures and verified by the National Institute of Standards and Technology; are the standards by which all state, county, and city standards shall be tried, proved, and sealed.
