Text
With respect to a payment card transaction, this chapter may not be construed to:
(1)limit the ability of a financial services provider to negotiate
with responsible parties; or
(2)otherwise impair a financial services provider's actions;
related to dispute processing, fraud management, or protecting the
integrity of the payment card transaction with respect to illegal activity,
security breaches, or cyber risks.
