Text
As used in this chapter, "protected financial information" means any record of a:
(1)sale;
(2)purchase;
(3)return; or
(4)refund;
that is made or processed with a payment card and that is retrieved,
characterized, generated, labeled, sorted, or grouped based solely on
the assignment of a firearms code.
