Text
As used in this chapter, "seller" means a person that, in the course of business conducted for that purpose, does either of the following:
(1)Sells, distributes, rents, leases, prepares, blends, packages,
labels, or otherwise is involved in placing a medical device or
legend drug into the stream of commerce.
(2)Installs, repairs, refurbishes, reconditions, or maintains a
medical device.
