§ 24-5-26-1 — "Identity theft"

Indiana·Art. 5 CONSUMER SALES·Ch. 26 Identity Theft

As used in this chapter, "identity theft" means:

(1)identity deception (IC 35-43-5-3.5); or
(2)synthetic identity deception (IC 35-43-5-3.8) (before its repeal).
