Text
(a)A supplier who knowingly violates the
requirements of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of five hundred
dollars ($500) for each violation.
(b)The attorney general may bring an action on behalf of the state
to recover the penalty imposed by subsection (a) from the supplier.
