§ 24-5-14-8 — Time restrictions
(a)This section does not apply to messages
described in section 5(a) of this chapter.
(b)A caller may not use an automatic dialing-announcing device for
commercial telephone solicitation so that a subscriber receives a
telephone call before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m.
