Text
As used in this chapter, "dealer" means a person engaged in the business of buying, selling, leasing, or exchanging motor vehicles. A person is a "dealer" under this section if the person sells, leases, or advertises the sale or lease of more than four
(4)motor vehicles within a twelve (12) month period.
