§ 24-5-13-8 — Repair of nonconformities
If a motor vehicle suffers from a nonconformity
and the buyer reports the nonconformity within the term of protection
to the manufacturer of the vehicle, its agent, or its authorized dealer
then the manufacturer of the motor vehicle or the manufacturer's agent
or authorized dealer shall make the repairs that are necessary to correct
the nonconformity, even if the repairs are made after expiration of the
term of protection.
