§ 24-5-11-3 — "Real property improvement"
(a)As used in this chapter, "real property
improvement" means any alteration, repair, replacement,
reconstruction, or other modification of residential real property.
(b)The term includes the following:
(1)An exterior improvement.
(2)An interior improvement.
