Text
7. As used in this chapter, "insured consumer" refers to a person:
(1)that is a policyholder or an insured under a:
(A)personal line policy of property and casualty insurance
coverage; or
(B)commercial line farm insurance policy that insures
residential property; and
(2)that is or may become a consumer that enters into a real
property improvement contract under this chapter.
