§ 24-5-11-11 — Signature of supplier
Before a consumer signs a real property
improvement contract and before the consumer can be required to
make any down payment in connection with the real property
improvement contract, the real property improvement supplier must
have agreed unequivocally by written signature to all of the terms of
the real property improvement contract.
