5. "Executive" means any of the following, as applicable:

(1)With respect to a corporation, a person who is or performs the duties of the:

(A)president;

(B)chief executive officer;

(C)treasurer; or

(D)chief financial officer; of the corporation.

(2)With respect to a partnership, a partner authorized to act on behalf of the partnership.

(3)With respect to a limited liability company, a member of the limited liability company who has not had the member's authority to act on behalf of the limited liability company revoked.

5. "Executive" means any of the following,
as applicable:
(1) With respect to a corporation, a person who is or performs the
duties of the:
(A) president;
(B) chief executive officer;
(C) treasurer; or
(D) chief financial officer;
of the corporation.
(2) With respect to a partnership, a partner authorized to act on
behalf of the partnership.
(3) With respect to a limited liability company, a member of the
limited liability company who has not had the member's authority
to act on behalf of the limited liability company revoked.
