Text
(a)A final order issued under section 122
of this chapter is effective the eleventh day after the date the order is
served. However, a final order issued upon consent under section 121
of this chapter is effective at the time specified in the order.
(b)A final order remains effective and enforceable as provided in
the order.
(c)The department or a reviewing court may stay, modify, or vacate
a final order.
