Text
If the director enters into a consent to a
final order with a director, an officer, or a manager, the director is not
required to issue and serve a notice of charges upon the director,
officer, or manager under section 119 of this chapter. A consent
agreement may be negotiated and entered into before or after the
issuance of a notice of charges. The director shall provide a copy of the
consent order to the board of directors of the creditor.
