§ 24-4.5-5-302 — Disclosure violations

A person commits a Class A misdemeanor if he knowingly gives false or inaccurate information or fails to provide information which he is required to disclose under the provisions of IC 24-4.5-2-301 or IC 24-4.5-3-301.
