§ 24-4.5-5-102 — Scope
Scope — This Part applies to actions or
other proceedings to enforce rights arising from consumer credit sales,
consumer leases, and consumer loans; to garnishments of the earnings
of an individual; and, in addition, to extortionate extensions of credit
(24-4.5-5-107).
