Text

(1)To the extent that his responsibility under this chapter requires, the commissioner of insurance shall issue rules with respect to insurers, and with respect to refunds (IC 24-4.5-4-108), forms, schedules of premium rates and charges (IC 24-4.5-4-203), and his approval or disapproval thereof and, in case of violation, may make an order for compliance.
