§ 24-4.5-3-603 — Applicability of other provisions to consumer related loans
Applicability of Other Provisions to
Consumer Related Loans — Except for the rate of the loan finance
charge and the rights to prepay and to rebate upon prepayment, the
provisions of Part 2 of this Chapter apply to a consumer related loan.
